Site header: a thin contact bar (desktop only, scrolls away) and the sticky main bar with the logo and navbar.
The bar's frosted background and the page-dimming veil are separate layers inside the header, so the header itself has no
filter (a filter would make the header, not the screen, the box a fixed veil is sized to).
app.js adds data-scrolled to the main bar once the page moves, which firms up its bottom edge.
The header is the named group "header" and each menu item the group "item": a plain `group` here would make every
dropdown open whenever the header is hovered.
